Schneider has not shown any improvement in his game whatsoever. He is nothing but a bottom pair guy at this point. What a shame.

Strongly disagree. He's exactly what you want out of a second pairing guy. Mobile while physical and has correct first pass instincts. The man-system Housley employs does him no favors but he is holding his own. He will be even better in a zone system where he can claim some ice and lean on his physicality a bit more.
