Companies use percentages with acceptable ranges of successful completion of jobs or orders picked. I can package 1000 shipments and have one be wrong and I had a 99.9% successful shipping percentage, which would be deemed good and not thought of as a failure. But when discussing a singular responsibility with only one job to do, not many, then yes, the leash is much, much shorter. Sometimes a one and done, if not done well the first time.
Why isn't Musk busy making an efficient Tesla firetruck or putting his tiny homes up for folks to live in that lost their homes in the fire? Building desalination plants or sprinkler systems..etc...I thought he was supposed to be our new govt efficiency guru, not Alex Jones out barking at firefighters.

Why is the right so bent on causing divide and using this politically. If ever there was a time to come together to help. Sad.
These are the same people who re-elected a twice impeached, multiple bankrupt, racist, pathological lying convicted felon, adjudicated sex offender and insurrectionist as President of the United States, and their callous disregard for their fellow human beings somehow comes as a surprise???? Chris, Chris, Chris, Chris , Chris.............
After lengthy rant about lesbians in fire department, Megyn Kelly said there is a bright side to fires. They could hurt Gavin Newsom's potential presidential bid in 2028. A city burns, thousands of people lose everything, dozens dead but hey, it can hurt a Democrat. To be a Republican now requires abandoning the most basic human decency.
Wow, indeed. Your daughter's NIL payments must really be rolling in! Hope she's buying you a new house or something also. barfo
I know I shouldn't be surprised. Its just ridiculous how little decency is left. Republicans asking for conditions to help California or saying not to help them outside. When hurricanes hit the gulf we help those states out. We don't say, well we will give them help if they do so and so. When Tornados tear up the Midwest, we help out. We don't have our hand and say oh that's a red state, fuck em. No, we do the decent thing. The human thing. We send help. We send emergency funds.
It's sad as hell. You have Republicans saying they should only help California if they meet their demands or that California shouldn't be helped at all. Despicable. Maybe California should stop sending their food to red states. Maybe they should stop sending their technology. Etc etc. But, not really because that is morally bankrupt shit. You help your fellow countrymen when they are down. You help them to keep them up.
Newsom has been the most egregious example of your accusations during all this. He’s throwing his constituents under the bus, taking jabs at Trump, shamelessly trying to shift blame onto Republicans who have nothing to do with it (like you’re doing), and just dodging accountability at every turn. He’s a greasy piece of shit. I just heard a clip of him putting full accountability onto the city and county, and claiming the state is helping “even though they don’t have to”. The guy is trash. Keep giving him passes and keep being shocked when the society he reigns over doesn’t function.
