    I think soon Scoot should be the last starter announced at home games by Mark Mason. He's earning it. It just shouldn't be Ant anymore

    so about shaedon's benching and reasoning by billups is fine. i have no problem with him incentivizing starting and holding guys accountable.

    but be freaking consistent about it.

    when was the last time simons/grant/ayton lost a starting job because of shit defense?

    you pull this double standard bullshit, you lose the team fast. and it's emblematic of a coach who has no pull with vets, and only "coaches" the youngins.

    I love that the young guys dominated the game but without Jerami's efficient 18 and Deandre's double double we probably still could have had that loss towards better lotto odds.

    It is a bullshit double standard. But hard to trade away vets when you show the league they shouldn’t be playing by not giving them minutes.

    Cronin should’ve traded them already.

    You think their value is affected by whether they are starters or not?
    I think what affects their value most is how well they are playing. Which is not very well.

    Agreed, definitely not happy with Sharpes effort at times and I’m a big fan. Kid has all the tools to be a star except desire which really concerns me. Games comes so easy to him he’s probably never had to put out 100% effort to be star. That or he’s been watching Lebron’s defense the last couple of years.

    Hopefully not starting him gets his attention.
