Feels like only a short time ago people were trying to sell me on why Jaquez would have been a better pick than Scoot.

 

Simons trying to ballhog and shoot the Heat back into the game but the rest of the Blazers not cooperating.

 

I'm telling myself that this is a great feature of who Ant can be for other teams, who Jerami can be and even if we're extremely lucky who Deandre can be on another team. I don't think this is hurting Rob's trade value either.

Now we just need Joe to make this shit happen.

Love that they are playing to win...That is how you grow! As the young guys continue to grow, this is a good team. Scoot seems to be the key to start putting it all together.

 

I'm not going to fault Ant for getting 22 points on 17 shots, with 4 boards, 3 assists and only 1 turnover. That's a nice game... I just hope Joe is using the game to point out to other GMs what Ant can do for them... otherwise this win is nothing more than possibly losing lottery positioning.

 

He's awesome. I think his acquisition was sneaky good.

Nah, he landed on his tailbone... if it was from up in the air, I'd think so but he just tripped over someone, not going to be a big deal.

 

For anyone who thinks thought that Chauncey lost this team... I'd say, you were a little hasty in that assessment. This team is playing their asses off. Even getting some stretches of really solid effort from Ayton.

 

i love how all his teammates jumped to scoot's defense on that call there, imploring chauncey to challenge.
