That would be optimal but they will push him left. If he works hard this year and next he might be in a good spot.

Yeah that was a pretty competitive tight game the whole night in spite of the score.

In the last 10 drafts, the top 5 draft picks started 77.5% of the games they played their rookie season, and averaged 2.2 Win-Share for their rookie season. (2.5 Win-Share is about equivalent of a 6th man on a 0.500 team.)

Scoot started 51.6% of the games he played his rookie season, and had a -1.7 Win-Share.

This is a crazy stat, to me, seeing how well Avdija has been scoring lately.

Scoot Henderson leads the team in True Shooting Percentage for the past month (by a hair) .

it isn't just the three's contributing to that

I remember that his FG% at the rim was around 52% in late December. It's 56.4% now

The only fucking way this is going to haunt us is because you won't shut the fuck up about it. Amen looks good but in case you haven't noticed Scoot looks good lately too. Big improvements, huge steps forward for Scoot and you can't enjoy that because you're too busy trying to be right.

Amen isn't going to be as good as MJ and Scoot doesn't seem to be made of glass like Sam Bowie... so this isn't going to haunt us like that did.

Fuck dude, I'm a pretty cynical fan. I can't stand our management, I have no idea if Chauncey could coach if he was given a roster that makes sense but I'll tell you what I won't do, I won't shit all over a player on our team for developing at a little less than ideal pace. I'm also not going to look up everything everyone who was drafted after him is doing every fucking day.

Get your shit together. Scoot has been doing great lately. He doesn't have the roster around him that Amen does that allows anyone on our Blazers to shine the way guys on the Rockets can right now. Maybe Amen is going to be better than Scoot when they're both in their prime, it seems to be trending that way but not enough for you to go on and on and on about it. Get a fucking grip, try actually being a fan instead of just being a hater and stop posting around the NBA shit in this goddamn thread!

Now some are saying the only player they’ll take over amen Thompson is Wemby..

This is going to be a disaster for our franchise
