We stayed at the Riu palace in Cabo a few years back. It was nice and I felt worth the money

    I've been kinda spoiled lately.

Do you have any videos of these flamingos attacking you while you fight them off for several minutes?

No. And I have no idea if they taste like chicken.

After Celestun we went to Campeche. It's one of two walled cities in North America, the other being Montreal. The Spanish used Campeche as a major port inside the Gulf of Mexico. Pirates kept attacking and raiding the ships so the Spanish built a wall around the city and fortified it.

    Campeche is beautiful.

Their baseball team is the Campeche Pirates, so I found the team store and scored a jersey!

    Much better.

If there existed any team named after a platypus, I would totally take that logo. Sadly, I am bereft.

Next on the list was the ancient Mayan city of Edzna.

    Magnificent!

Even knows and visits Chichén Itza but this where the Itza originated from. The Itza have a long and fascinating history.

The architectural style is very different than Uxmal.
