We haven't had as many high draft picks as other successful non destination teams. And when we have, we haven't been methodical about it.

You can't count on getting a Batman by dipping to a top 3-7 pick once a decade (which I had thought we'd learned until we kept allowing Ant and Grant to help is win games this season). We've gotten some solid draft picks recently, but the cupboards were so bare it was absolutely necessary.

For example, when San Antonio tanks they make sure they tank hard when there are great players to add.

Portland should have tanked much harder to start this season. They should have made SURE they could off-load Ant and Grant or they should have made SURE they weren't helping us win games this season.

I don't have any specific problem with anybody. I have a problem with the lack of direction.

I don’t know about that. Scoot/Sharpe/Deni/Camara have been the engine of these wins.

I don’t know man. We’ve played well without Ant. Shaedon scores more, defense is better.

We’re playing our best basketball in years, esp on the defensive end. Scoot and Sharpe are emerging. They have been very fun to watch.

Right now, with a clear goal of making a playoff run next year, there’s no reason to offload a valuable scorer like Ant. Should he transition into a sixth-man role? Absolutely, after the trade deadline.

As for the idea that a team must follow the Batman and Robin model to succeed, I say ride the Justice League, and see what happens. Okay, maybe that doesn't work, as they were all Batman. Wonder Twins, or maybe the Wonder Quintuplets?

Scoot makes Sharpe and Ayton better. Deni and Camara make everyone around them better. Who takes the last shot, which is really the only question, comes down to who's hot.

Actually I think the Celtics were a recent win by committee championship team. They had a lot of guys who could win you a game without riding one guy's coattails all season.

Banton is a good enough replacement for Simons for the amount of minutes that should be remaining.
