I'd swap out Edge completely cuz he's gonna get stuffed in Arizona, so for my Top 5 I have...1.) L.T. - Definitely the best in the league at RB, no question.2.) L.J. - His power won him a lot of yards last year and I see it being damn good this year too.3.) C.P. - He can do it all.4.) Shawn Alexander - Behind a good line we saw what he could do last year, we'll see how he does without Hutch.5.) Tiki Barber - The guy still dominates at his age, he has a hell of a motor and a lot of determination.

    1. LaDainian Tomlinson. Need speed? LT's got it. Need power? LT's got it. Need moves? LT's got it. Need catching abilty? LT's got it. Need passing accuracy? LT's got it. Need a good blocker? LT's got it. To sum it all up, LT's got every tool you need... without a good offensive line.2. Larry Johnson. Not the fastest RB, but still has enough speed to break a 50 yard run every game. Also, one of the most powerful backs in the game.3. Shaun Alexander. The strongest, most powerful RB in the league. Don't underrate his speed either... he's one of the fastest starters.4. Clinton Portis. What can't he do? He's not the best at anything, but he's in the top 5 in anything you want from a RB. He is: the fastest, amazing blocker, powerful, agile, able to catch the ball, able to throw the ball. 5. Edgerrin James. Yes, he had one of the best offensive lines last year. But still, have you seen the guy play? You can't bring him down... you need like 4 defenders on top of him and maybe then you can tackle him. He's also a great reciver and a very very good blocker.Others: Priest Holmes, Jamal Lewis, Tiki Barber, Rudi Johnson.

How are you ready to put Edgerrin James in though running behind what is one of the league's worst O-Lines? He's iffy as well.

Even though Larry Johnson had a great year I dont think he should be number one. LT is number one on my list easy... he is an impact player for one... and two defense have to adjust to just him whenever he is on the feild which is most of the game, and for three he is a versatile back that can break down defense either running, catching or PASSING the ball. 1.) LaDainian Tomlinson2.) Shaun Alexander3.) Larry Johnson4.) Edgerrin James5.) Clinton Portis6.) Tiki Barber

ESPN = East Coast PunksLTTikiAlexanderPortisThomas Jones - He rushed for 1,300 yards against 8 and 9 man fronts all season. He also played w/ a knee injury that was supposed to sideline him for a month

And how can you NOT have Alexander in the top 5??LTLJPortisAlexanderAfter those 4, it gets iffy. Edge and Barber are not exactly what I would call top 5 material. If I had to choose, I might take Jamal Lewis. Obviously he hasnt had the production the last two years and Mike Anderson is waiting on the wings, but I think he can reach 1600 yards, 15+ TDs this year. He obviously has the potential, he reached 2,000 yards back in 2003. A better passing attack should open up more holes, and he doesnt have the off-field troubles as he has had.
