    The CDC has instructed its scientists to retract or pause the publication of any research manuscript being considered by any medical or scientific journal, not merely its own internal periodicals, Inside Medicine has learned. The move aims to ensure that no “forbidden terms” appear in the work. The policy includes manuscripts that are in the revision stages at journal (but not officially accepted) and those already accepted for publication but not yet live.

    Iow state school board proposed removing word evolution from high school biology textbooks.
    Equivalent to removing molecule from chemistry.

    Getting hard to keep count of all the pardoned insurrectionists arrested or on trial for other crimes. Latest, so called MAGA lumberjack, who got name after throwing chinks of wood at police, will face trial for rape.

    Paid highest price ever for eggs and they didn't have any of my favorite brands. As a baker, I take eggs seriously and they do affect quality of baked goods. I also just like to eat them.

    MAGA Republican county executive forms "armed militia" that pays civilians $150 a day.

    Bruce Blakeman has already sworn in 26 "Citizen Special Deputies" to track illegal immigrants, terrorists, and other "emergencies."

    Citizens licensed to carry guns can apply to be deputized in Nassau County's "Provisional Emergency Special Deputy Sheriffs Program."

    Long Island Democrats have now filed a lawsuit because taxpayer-funded paramilitary militias are prohibited by state law in New York.

    The lawsuit claims the program includes expenses that qualify as illegal spending of taxpayer money — including money for background checks, drug screening, training, and a $150 per day stipend.

    The lawsuit also claims that Bruce Blakeman’s office tried to keep the details of the program secret and has refused to comply with Freedom of Information Law requests.

    A paramilitary militia made up of Trump's gun-toting MAGA cult members.

    What could go wrong?
