Does Banton Have a Future With Portland?

    Yeah Clingan is certainly not a player that can play with ever style an NBA team might want to try. He's a lumbering big, he has value in certain positions and certain matchups. But if a team is trying to win there needs to be different center options on hand.

    I’m not a big fan nothing against him but he seems to shoot every time he gets the ball. I would prefer back up pg that distributes and makes game easier for others. Kind of old school that said I do think theres a place for scoring guard off the bench that can bring energy and offense when team is having off night

    I like him as a discount Ant. Another reason why I would have moved Ant. If Banton can give you 75% of what Ant does, even 60% for a mil or two as a microwave guy off the bench, it's a good thing.
