    Looks far too efficient.

Maybe make the wheels square? And tip it upside down. And set it on fire.

I love Ubering in my Doge. I wish it were more efficient, though.

Wow. And would you look at that.. https://www.bumc.bu.edu/centenarian/statistics/

Suspiciously close to the numbers the economist pulled from that database... And apparently even being over 99 years old, they aren't all receiving social security benefits...

Not sure why vampires would need social security.

I see Trump-Elon are eliminating 1,600 USAID jobs and putting most of the rest of the agency staff on leave. I think the following letter to the editor of North Carolina newspaper is pretty informative:

    (Jackson county , NC )

    February 12, 2025
    Dear Editor,
I was born and raised in Jackson County, and I am deeply troubled by the reckless dismantling of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Trump’s actions imperil North Carolina jobs, threaten North Carolina’s agricultural sector, and—lest anyone mistake the matter for a remote bureaucratic shuffle—directly threatens the safety of North Carolinians. I should know: I work at USAID.
In North Carolina, 27 large-scale farms once fulfilled USAID orders for humanitarian food assistance. Those orders have ceased. The agency also pumped over $194 million into North Carolina’s economy last fiscal year through contracts and grants—funding that sustained real jobs for real North Carolinians. This is not about nebulous government “waste,” do-goodery of feeding faceless, starving masses abroad. This is about North Carolinians and jobs in North Carolina.
Let us entertain, for a moment, MAGA’s fashionable and seductive view that the United States has no business saving lives overseas. This is shortsighted nonsense. Allow me to explain.
At this very moment, there is an Ebola outbreak in Kampala, Uganda. Not relevant to you? You may wish to reconsider. Kampala has direct flights to these major hubs: Doha, Istanbul, Nairobi, and Amsterdam. And what do those hubs connect to? Atlanta, New York, and Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), just one of North Carolina’s four international airports.
Between October 2023 and October 2024, RDU received 7.19 million arrivals, according to U.S. Department of Transportation data. Atlanta (ATL) and New York (JFK) both rank in the top ten destination airports for all RDU traffic. JFK has direct flights to Nairobi, the primary hub for Kampala. And Atlanta? It hosts regular direct flights to Doha, Istanbul, and Amsterdam—all of which are direct hubs for Kampala. I understand that Kampala, Uganda feels very far away from Jackson County. And, geographically, it is at 7,500 miles as the crow flies. But logistically? It is not.
Ordinarily during an outbreak, USAID would fund Uganda’s airport health screenings, contact tracing, and transport of highly contagious Ebola samples to laboratories equipped to handle them. The work that keeps Americans safe has come to a complete halt. Credible news outlets report that Uganda’s Health Ministry, left to its own devices, has resorted to asking ordinary citizens to “volunteer” for outbreak containment. So, I put the question to you plainly: Would you prefer a U.S.-trained epidemiologist overseeing international airport screening for a highly contagious disease with an 80–90% mortality rate? Or a well-meaning Ugandan patriot with an afternoon to spare?
It is hardly an exaggeration to say that USAID and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) have, since the 1960s, operated with the goal that ordinary Americans never have to think about things like Ebola in “far flung” Kampala. Or, for that matter, about the countless other crises that can, with an unfortunate mix of negligence and bad policy, be one flight away.
    And yet, here we are.
This is not merely unsound policy. It is a dereliction of duty: economic, moral, and strategic. It undermines North Carolina’s economy, jeopardizes American security, and abandons basic common sense. Senators Thom Tillis and Ted Budd, along with Representative Chuck Edwards, need to restore USAID. The protection of the American taxpayer should not be up for debate. Stay safe out there, North Carolinians. I wish I could help.

    Sincerely,

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-selling-official-doge-membership-182037002.html

You too can become a member of Doge. Trump is offering Doge memberships for a price. You can get a doge membership card or even shirts or hats with doge member on them.

All you have to do is send him money.

But, hey just like those fake Trump 5000 bills, these won't get you anything. Just lose you money.

    Another day another grift

This is fucking hilarious... how many are going to try to show up to their state capitol building and get inside using their DOGE decoder ring as proof they're working for Trump?

Sad thing is people are going to buy them in mass. Probably will show up to use them like the people who showed up at banks with fake Trump money hoping to cash in. Trump's book should have been called, Art of the Con.
