Musk basically admitted he couldn't really force federal workers to send those emails and that it was merely a "test," before issuing another vague threat.
IF that's a real tweet, which I couldn't find on his page, it's kinda funny since he didn't accomplish much in the entire time he was in government.

Elon tweeted that he is giving federal workers another chance to email what they did during this week to be due Monday. If they don't they are fired.
