Anyone know of any very delicious, yet somewhat nutritious, breakfast meals?I know if you have a whole wheat tortilla, a banana, and some yogurt or cream and you put cream on the tortilla and wrap it around the banana, it's nutritious.
CEREAL. Special K or those other good cereals. I stick to Cap'n Crunch and Frosted Flakes though. Theyre GRRRREAT.

If I happen to eat breakfast, it's either some type of Honey Bunches of Oats (peach is the best fruit variety). That stuff is good but not good enough for me to wake up early just to eat it.

However, it's just because your body isn't 'trained' to be hungry or need breakfast. I used to think that, but you guys should really try and train your body to be hungry in breakfast (so you'll eat breakfast). It gives me more energy and actually makes me feel happy about myself. Just start out by drinking skim milk or orange juice in the morning, and the next week, add toast or something like that..

Wouldn't eating breakfast make you fat though considering you intake butter, calories, fat, carbs and you basically sit there in school and the only burning you do is writing and thinking?IV. Breakfast is delicious.I'll agree to this. Pancakes, french toast, some cereals, bacon, eggs, sausage are good but not good enough to convince me to eat.Really, it's just opinion. People can say what they want to say about breakfast but it's not 100% necessary and the most important meal of the day.

It's fact determined by studies done by prestigious universities. The facts are based on a statistical analysis of a population of people. Just because you might be outside of the norm doesn't make it an opinion-based matter.
