Looking at your wrist is quicker than taking your phone out of your pocket. I had no watch for years but when I went back to one to train for marathon, I became reliant on it again. So much easier to see time.

Orrrr.. @Natebishop3, some Young(assuming you are considering yourself young) aren't aware of new watches that sync up to your phone so you don't have to pull the phone out to check time, or receive/send a text, etc?
Psh it’s a waste of money unless you are using the watch for other things. Apple Watches are cool if you’re using them for some of their sensor functions.
my question is why os there an if? They automatically track so much. I track my steps calorie burn, heart rate, etc, without having to had set anything up. I track workouts and everything. But even without that, i find it hella convenient to tap my watch and voice text a response, vs grabbing my phone. Get with the times old man! Lol.
