Game 70 Leafs vs. Lazy Bastards

I give this team virtually no chance to win this game. I saw this guy Knies skate more vs. Colorado than I've seen Kreider skate all season along with about 5 other lazy dumbasses on this team.

 

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see the Leafs skate circles around this team. I don't look at advanced analytics or anything like that but, I have to imagine the Rangers are one of the worst puck-possession teams in the league. Their last game showed an incredible inability to make smart/good passes and complete panic when there is a scramble for the puck. The games are rarely fun to watch anymore. Such a collapse from 12 months ago when even going into the third period down a goal or two you (or at least I) had full confidence they were going to make a comeback.

 

Yes, they suck quite badly. I understand why they won't trade Emery and Fortescue as well as why they are drafting d-men like them. Way too many of our d-men are retarded with their defensive IQ. K. Miller if Drury actually can do his job well needs to be traded for a young, fairly dynamic center. Miller on the right team can be very good. However, NY is too much of a distraction for him. He needs to be moved somewhere where there are less distractions. In NY, he's a moron. We look like we may have hit another Cuylle like steal in Roobroeck. His brother is supposed to go super high when he's drafted. Our Roobroek is 6'7. His numbers are excellent considering how offensively deprived the Pack are. I think they just started using him on the PP. We really miss Edstrom. Goes to show you how fucking stupid a lot of fans in our fanbase are. They didn't know what they had in Edstrom. He really started coming on with his overall game. That line with Rempe-Carrick-Edstrom was playing like one of the best 4th lines in hockey before he went down. Carrick is playing center on the third line. That's not his game.

 

Hopefully Sykora starts to get a longer look next year, but I could see him being part of a trade package if his value is decent too. Lamb is an interesting prospect, you don't hear as much about him but he's at a strong Minnesota program.

 

I don’t think Lamb has an NHL future but we’ll see.

kid only 21 and still young. Just finished 3 years at Minnesota so he’ll get a shot I would think in the ahl next season. A shoot first RW can always be welcome. Does need to fill out that frame more though.

 

All dump does is look at their offensive stats. It doesn’t paint the whole picture. Putting a ton of points in juniors, college or AHL does not mean a whole lot

 

If you've been a regular for a school like Minnesota for 2-3y it's a good sign I guess. Put up pretty good # this year I believe. Maybe not quite as offensive as Laba but they seem comparable as prospects
