It is difficult to argue Fox hasn't gone backwards the past two seasons, he is not near his Norris level. We see it every game, but you also saw it very clearly in the 4 Nations, where he did not look like a top dman against top players. With that said, pretty much knowing he is not going anywhere, I am not giving up hope on him. I would really like to see Fox with a top-level LD partner for once, a guy who you can legitimately say is a 1st pair dman. We'll see if that's a focus this summer. And Fox has got to shoot the puck more, he is almost zero threat to shoot, and it takes away from his overall game IMO.
