Leaning your way, this continued sitting out so many guys sucks, in this draft the 4-5-6-7 spots frankly appear of little difference and it's even more of a guess than usual
Whether there is a large difference or not in prospects from 4-7, it is still always better to be picking at 4, and getting the guy you want versus picking at 7 and getting the leftovers.
If they get serious and bring in a legit coach at some point I'll start caring a bit more. Until then, I'm just glad Mike Schmitz is there.
To be honest, I think most posters here are expressing frustration is some form. All is valid in the long run. Despite wanting to be the GM, i'm not. Just here for the ride since 1970.

There are like 8 teams in the league with a longer title appearance drought than us. This franchise should get a turn, just by random chance.
First you have to try to win games. Then you have to win enough of them to make the playoffs. You don’t get a random chance without making the playoffs.
Buys Joe & Chauncey a few years if they continue to tank this and next year. The four years of rebuilding. Hopefully we have players that really pop and the draft is very good to us.
That sucks! I guess when they are the only game in town we consumers will always land on Park Ave or go straight to inflation jail.
That was a post about this year. Unfortunately the same is true for next year and the Blazers screwed the pooch keeping players they should have traded and winning way too many games to be in the highest lottery picks.
No coach or roster player would ever tank to draft their replacement ...Chauncey wants a job...all these guys want jobs if not here, then another team but they don't benefit from losing..ownership might if they get lucky with the ping pong balls.
