Growing up in Oregon and taking trips to Tennessee, you learn not to get excited about thunder storms (I love a good thunderstorm too) in PDX. They are never anywhere near what a real thunderstorm is like. However there was one night like 4-5 years ago where we actually had a legit thunderstorm.
Glad I survived that monster of a thunderstorm. Gotta love how the local news hypes it up in order to get viewers / TV ratings.
Next time, try to think of a sweaty catcher going into the stands after a pop foul. Unless you're into that sort of thing.

I think my favorite was when two people posted the same thing almost at the exact same time and someone said jinx, buy me a coke and I said “why does Eric have to buy you a coke”? No likes for that from you fucking people either. It was brilliant
I was with a client of mine when I said that and he was like (he's in his early 30s) " why do I owe you a Coke?" "I don't know, you just do". "Yeah but*why*?" "Because we said the same thing and jinxed each other...it's from an old" And before I could finish he lost interest. I never felt so old in my life. And yes I get you are meaning with the jinx reference.
