It's Alicia Keys fault. I love a lot of her music but in regards to New York she penned the most confounding line in the history of music, "Concrete jungle where dreams are made of." I just read the sentence over and over again and I can't tell you what element is so wrong but replacing the word "where" with "that" would have gon a long way but still would have been weird. Getting rid of the word "of" could to the trick.
