Crap! Looks like it's only in Beaverton. I am rarely in that area.

OK, finally had Canard. They have a location in Oregon City and one in Portland.

It is definitely top 5 for me all time for any restaurant I have been to. Seriously, go there and try it. It was phenomenal.

It blows Mother's Bistro out of the water. Not even a competitions.

Kinda knew the chef, Gabe Rucker, from our kids' school. does great work. Nice guy. But as someone who serves oysters daily...no.

Just made German apple pancakes to eat for breakfast. With warm maple syrup from Canada and free range eggs.

I had the Beets, Asparagus, Chicken and Waffles, Eggs Benedict, smash burgers (breakfast and regular kinds) and the dumplings.

Everything was top notch. The chicken and waffles and beets dishes were absolutely terrific.
