Unfortunately there are caveats, you know Trump will drag this out as long as possible. And Eva Braun wannabe dog killer has said all the prisoners should remain for life.

Administration must "facilitate" his return. Case sent back to lower court and government can decide how much information they can release. Expect whatever comes out of this court to be appealed. Because cruelty is the point.

Supreme Court could have ordered immediate release but did not.

And the other more than 200 held incommunicado?

Administration lawyers said in court today a barely disguised fuck you. Also they are complying with Supreme Court order to facilitate return by saying they won't prevent his return if he returns on his own. From a prison no one has ever been released from. Also they are all powerful and no judges can correct them. Also they are powerless to ask El Salvador to return anyone.

El Salvador President Nayib Bukele says he won’t return Abrego Garcia to U.S.

    • El Salvador President Nayib Bukele said he would not return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States.
    • Bukele called Abrego Garcia a “terrorist” during a meeting at the White House with President Donald Trump.
    • The U.S. Supreme Court last week upheld a judge’s order directing the Trump administration to facilitate the return of Abrego Garcia, who was deported from the U.S. due to an administrative error.

El Salvador President Nayib Bukele said Monday that he would not return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States despite a U.S. Supreme Court order that says the Trump administration should facilitate his return.

“I mean, the question is preposterous,” Bukele said at the White House during a meeting with President Donald Trump, when he was asked about sending Abrego Garcia back from the notorious Salvadoran prison where he has been held.

“How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?” Bukele said. “I don’t have the power to return him to the United States.”

I see that our friends who were so concerned about weaponizing the justice department, and were huge proponents of free speech have been silent for quite a while.

According to news conference ten people were sent to Salvadoran concentration camp this weekend, after Supreme Court ruled they must have due process.

Senator Van Hollen was not allowed to meet with Abrego Garcia.

Two Republican congressmen were able to go to the concentration camps to pose for publicity photos. One flashed smiling thumbs up with tortured men in background and said he was more convinced Trump was right to send these violent criminals (with no criminal records) to concentration camp.

Ever wonder what kind of people brought picnic lunches to watch Black people lynched? Who cheered when Warsaw ghetto burned with thousands of people inside? Look no further than Republican party.

If you voted for Trump, this is all your fault. I know that since you voted for Trump you feel no shame, but you also have no morals or values too. You are to blame for everything.

I've noticed how strikingly easy it is for those in the police, and even those in the military, to be more than willing partners in this shit.

Which is strange, since we are always told how they wouldn't be willing partners in this kind of shit.

Unless it turns out he has a tattoo, and is imprisoned instead.
