I think Dallas will be proven correct to trade Luka and they know it, but they can’t say anything now.

Looking forward to the summer of 2027 when people talk about Luka losing a bunch of weight and dunking again…

Just seems like everyone is blasting Luka for his defense, and ignoring him tweaking the hell out of his back. No, he's not at all a good defender, but people are running him without the context of the very clear injury. Not specifically here, media in general as well. I'd still kill to have him on our team. He's what, one year removed from taking a meh 5th seed to the finals? and now he's a bum, oliver miller, etc. We'd be damn lucky to have his talent.

His defense was always bad and it's become worse and worse as he's gotten fatter and fatter. The Mavs were my least favorite watch mostly for him being such an iso ballhog and the league's biggest whiner... & now he's a Laker.

btw, guess who else is calling him out for being a fatass?

Kinda seems like the calls have been a bit one sided in favor of the Pistons in this game. I honestly don't really care who wins but it sure seems like someone does.

Well, the Knicks have beaten the Pistons, who have a right to feel very cheated, and I'm finally wrong. By far and away the best +/- guy is our man Josh Hart.

Awful way to lose a series at home for Detroit. Didn't even get a shot

Such injuries can be caused by being fat. I’m fat and I’ve had bad back pains, knee pains, etc.

He's not wrong. Being out of shape can cause injury.

I'd say so. I liked Detroit's fight and grit. Too bad they didn't win. Doesn't really matter though. Neither of them are getting past Boston.

do you think that play hurt him because he was out of shape, or because of the awkwardness of how he landed?
