This might be controversial but I don’t think anyone should get to murder people without being tried for murder afterwards.

Think for a moment about the many ways this can be interpreted. I mean them all. Yeah even that one.

Yep. When people who are abused and attacked defend themselves with lethal force, we should absolutely re-traumatize them with a trial.

The post to which I responded said, and I quote: "Think for a moment about the many ways this can be interpreted. I mean them all. Yeah even that one."

The scenario I mentioned absolutely is one of the ways that that statement could be interpreted. I'm taking her at her word that when she says she means all of them, "even that one," that she means what she says.

This is almost always the case, as you'd learn in a firearm safety course (as well as most any other comprehensive self defense course).

Defending yourself with lethal force will land you in court and likely cost you tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I can't guess what someone really means. I think murder should be prosecuted but I am no pacifist. I do support self defense in cases where it really is self defense and not gay panic or cops interpreting anything a Black citizen does as threatening. And that getting out of a situation is first option. Not shooting.

Nor can I. But when someone makes a point to be exceedingly crystal clear, I take them at their word.

    Wow.

Why stop there? Wouldn't be surprised to see an overarching pardon for all officers convicted of killing black people.

Way to tell us exactly who you are (Speaking of course of MTG and the Trump administration if they do that)

Floyd died because a cop pressed his knee into Floyd's neck and suffocated him to death. He was found guilty of it.

Yeah not BGD, the international man of mystery. His posts come with the invisible signature *These posts do not necessarily reflect the opinions of BGD

I don't really get a pro Trump vibe from him, but I get that by posting just tweets pretty much, he is shaded in a bit of mystery.

BGD confuses me because he posts almost exclusively post pro-trump tweets and say nothing at all about them.

I'll just assume he agrees with them until he says otherwise.

The only thing more fascinating than the fact he never talks is the fact that sometimes he talks.

Trump can only pardon for the federal crimes. He can't pardon for the state crimes.

I do not post pro Trump tweets. Sorry if that’s the way you see it. I do not support anything about him and no I am not anything pro Trump.

I think we need to throw a BGD party that they have to attend. We need to meet the legend in person. @SlyPokerDog see if you can get some cool swag to entice BGD out for a beer.

    Was Chauvin's a state crime?
