But that's the problem. Their core is old. As we're seeing with Dame, the older you get the more injury prone you become.

Also, really the core is long gone. The teams that won those titles are gone. It's just Curry and Draymond who remain.

So what action do you suggest - flip Curry, Draymond, and Butler for a few picks to accelerate the rebuild?

If I'm a warriors fan I'd prefer they keep those guys around and just delay the rebuild a few years. Every year has a new pick, that day is always waiting there. But having a few more years of Steph is priceless. They probably prefer he has a Dirk/Kobe/Duncan legacy.

I bet Bulls fans would have loved to have another few years of Jordan instead of the picks they used that following decade.

I would try to send Steph to another contender. I'd dump Draymond to whoever would take him. He's toxic. I'd probably just go full rebuild. But I also haven't ever seen my team win a damn title and I'm just really not that sentimental.

OKC been the odds favorite to win it for the entire playoffs

Cavs and Celtics saw times as runners up odds.

OKC still favorites to win in at -125, but now we see the T-Wolves second favorites at +550 (Big difference!) meaning that the Thunder are heavily favored to win it right now. Following the Wolves are the Pacers and Knicks both at +600, Celtics at +1700, and Nuggets at +2500

That Twolves line is interesting… I’m not sleeping on the wolves, they are loaded with talent and playing well. It would be a hell of a series between the Wolves and Thunder.

By comparison the West is at -250 to win the finals where the East is +200. Completely logical, I do think it’s either going to be the Wolves or Thunder who take it this year. Wild we are in a day in the NBA where we are seeing teams like the Thunder (maybe), Wolves, Knicks (maybe), and Pacers in the conference finals.

Thats because the NBA has a massive pervasive conspiracy where they direct stars to small markets to pair with other stars.

You know what I enjoy about this forum? The people who just hang onto shit and then insert into every fucking thread over and over days, weeks, months, or even years after the conversation is over. It just really gives this place the extra spice that makes it so much fun.

The core is already broken up. Klay and Iguodala were major pieces and they are gone.

Can we all be reasonable and admit that Anthony Edwards is a major dude? I wish we had someone like him on our team. If we could replace Sharpe with a guy like Edwards I'd be pretty damn excited about our team.

I'd like to join you in giving Ant Edwards his flowers and at the same time I'm left shaking my head because you had to throw Shaedon under the bus while doing so.

Edwards has been scary good since day one in the league. He was a first pick and Shaedon was a seventh, he was a first team all rookie selection and Shaedon wasn't but different stars have different paths to stardom.

So I'm willing to continue to hope that Shaedon lives up to the glimpses he's given us... but of course we'd be better right now if we could trade Shaedon strait up for Ant Edwards. It's unrealistic and just a way to get a jab in on one of our players... which I'm not necessarily against but Shaedon is my favorite guy on the team right now so there's that.

No jabs bro. The gap between them is just large right now. I hope Sharpe becomes a stud, I just can't see him becoming a top 10 player in the league. Edwards is an absolute animal personality wise. I think we need someone on our team with Edwards personality. I just as easily could have said scoot or clingan. Edwards and Sharpe just play the same position.
