    Edwards PER this season was 20.1.

    Sharpe's 14.5 this year is only better than Edwards rookie year of 13.9.

    That’s why I said Sharpe WILL be better. Edwards is an ok player. 20 PER is not great. Sharpe will be great.

    Edwards vs Sharpe in their 3rd seasons, at 21 years:

    Edwards is already a 3-time all-star. He was an all-star in his 3rd season. When the all-star game happened in Sharpe's 3rd season, He was coming off the bench and Kris Murray was starting

    Edwards was 2nd team all NBA last season (his 4th season) and will be at least that this season. Anybody think Sharpe will be All-NBA next season? or average 26-5-5 like Edwards did?

    I like Sharpe and hold out hope for him. But at this point, forecasting he'll be better than Edwards is foolish. Jalen Williams is a more realistic goal and even then, it might not happen

    All star games should NEVER be used to judge a players success or failure. Fans vote for that shit! Feel the same about championships. Shit Adam Morrison and JR Rider have rings.
