It was the second time Brown has been cut by the Bills. He also failed to make the team last summer.Coach Dick Jauron was scheduled to address reporters later in the day to discuss the moves, which leave the Bills with 83 players. Buffalo hosts Cleveland in a preseason game Saturday and has until Aug. 29 to trim its roster to 75.Watson's release was a mild surprise after the Bills acquired him in an attempt to bolster their depth. He spent most of training camp with the third-stringers and had limited playing time in Buffalo's two preseason games, in which he was credited with just one tackle. His playing time diminished further when reserve Wendell Hunter was awarded a start in Buffalo's 41-33 loss to Cincinnati last weekend.Drafted by the Saints out of Notre Dame in 2004, Watson had 108 tackles and three sacks in 17 games, including 14 starts, in two seasons with New Orleans.Watson was coming off a difficult season, which ended when he missed the final seven games because of a knee injury. He was also arrested in October on a drunken driving charge in San Antonio. Before the deal with Buffalo, New Orleans tried to trade Watson to Miami, but the move was voided when Eddie Moore, the player the Saints obtained, failed a physical.Copyright 2006 by The Associated Press</div>http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2557621
