I would accept Bitadze, Black, Issac, #16, #46, and a future protected 1st, for Simons, Williams, and Murray.

I wouldn't call getting two FRP and Goga garbage. Those are three great pieces. Simons is on an expiring contract.

I don't expect will get that much for him. It's certainly not an outlandish offer at all from a Magic fan as you imply.

Any way we can get Orlando to include a few 3-day passes to Disney World?

And I would accept a fully-restored 1960s Jaguar in exchange for my 2014 Prius.

Do fans from other teams come to this site when thinking about trading their players and think that because it's discussed here that there might be a chance it could happen?

    lol...c'mon man

Timelord has almost no value because, injuries; Murray has no value because, lack of shooting skills. Issac has no value because, injuries and contract. Don't clutter up a trade workable with those guys

so you're basically saying Simons is worth two first round picks plus two intriguing youngish prospects. not...a...chance

simplify: Simons for Anthony + Harris + 16. Portland blocks the opportunity for Cronin to throw 35M/year at Simons; trades expiring contract for expiring contracts; and picks up a mid-1st round pick, opening up the opportunity for using 11 + 16 to either move up or leverage another Avdija-like trade

I'd probably be ok with #25 instead of #16 if the offset was Orlando adding a couple of 2nds

Watching the playoffs, I think we see the value of somebody who can knock down a shot and get hot. Anfernee, for all his faults, has that ability more than any other player on our roster. Meanwhile I am impressed by the way that Chet Holmgren has just blended in as essentially just a role player on the Thunder. Instead of plotting to offload all our vets (Jerami, Anfernee, Ayton, Matisse) should we instead be thinking of trying to make everything work with reduced minutes? I mean, if we were able to get buy in in the way that the Thunder clearly have, we would have a very deep team with multiple options. Would that require a different coach, though?

Due to where Olrando is relative to the tax line, I highly doubt that they will exercise the Team Option on Harris.

So the trade would need to look like:
    KCP ($21.6M) + Howard ($5.5M) + 16 (~$5M) <=> Simons ($27.6M)

Howard is 21 and was the #11 pick 2 seasons ago. Admittedly, he hasn't shown anything of value in the NBA thus far....
However, his Dad is an assistant coach with the Nets. I wonder if Portland could flip Howard to the Nets into their cap space for #27 (Nets currently have 4 first round picks -> they're going to have to move some of them).

I’m sure Orlando fans would want Camara instead of Murray though.

Personally, I like Isaac. I think he would be a good complement to Clingan. He's played 129 games over the past 2 years. I'd take a chance on him if Orlando really thinks he has no value.

Orlando might feel good, however there are 28 more teams that could enter the sharp shooters sweepstakes.

good point about Orlando's tax/apron situation. They need to cut salary and if they trade for Simons they will likely need to send out as much, or more salary than Simons

a Simons for Issac swap works at the draft but that adds over 12M in salary for Orlando next season. Simons for KCP works before the draft as well, and it only adds 6M in salary which can be offset by waiving Harris. If Orlando is really desperate to stay under the 2nd apron, and they should be, then dumping the 16th pick deletes 4.4M in rookie scale next season

Not sure the Blazers would be willing to swallow the KCP contract. I like Isaac much more, even if he's perpetually injured. Let's get this done so we can move on to our future backcourt taking the reigns.
