So I went to Best Buy this morning to get Madden and to buy a new multitap for the PS2[slim]. I saw this kid (he'sl ike 18 or 20 years old) play Guitar Hero and thought to myself, "Boy, this dude is stupid". After he was done, I told my mom I'll be right back, I have to check something. Believe me, I love Madden (I play it 365 days per year), but Guitar Hero is more fun. It might be because I play guitar and I'm good at it, but then again, my whole family wanted to take turns (mom, dad, older sisters). GET IT! :thumbsup:
Yeah this game is awesome. I don't have it but I play it alot when i go over my friends house who has it. If I didn't get Tony Hawk American Wasteland for my bday I was gonna save up and get it.
Personally, I think this game is stupid. I play guitar in a band and I would much rather take out my REAL guitar and REAL amp and actually play something that I want to play rather than a wannabe guitar version of DDR. The only thing I hope it does it get kids into guitar and then they actually go out and buy a real one (You can get a cheap squire for the same price as the game). It kind of shows where our culture has gone. Instead of people actually playing the guitar, they would rather play a fake guitar in a video game. No offense to anyone who likes this game but if you play this, you in no way have my respect.
