Worse: because of Fox they didn't draft Doncic. And now the guy they got for Halliburton, who is significantly older, wants out, too. I'd say that Sacramento currently has the worst future of any non-playoff team.

Yeah, I was just making fun of the fact that we don't have Kevin Pritchard anymore. We fired Rick Adelman. It sounds like we ran Rick Carlisle off...

Back in the day, Pacers fans booed drafting Reggie Miller at #11 instead of local boy Steve Alford.

I don't see why Suns would care about getting "their" 2025 pick... Teams only care about future seasons pick as they would benefit from their own higher pick if they have a lot of losses. 2025 is history. Getting #10 is worse than #9 and better than #11 but irrelevant that it originally came from the Suns.

Suns easiest picks to get are 2027 and 2029 that the Rockets have unprotected so getting those back would be huge

2026 2028 2030 Suns picks have multiple swaps that other teams have (Nets, Wizards, Magic, 6ers, Mavs, Grizzlies) so it's just about impossible to get control back for any of those.

2031 is held by the Jazz unprotected

Yessir! Thats my guy Tony Smith. He produced that show for years and then joined us in broadcasting. He does the same job as me. Guy is a tech genius. I could tell quickly that he wasn’t going to be around much. With us only having the Blazers and Timbers, it was only a matter of time before he started traveling on national shows and that’s what happened. He works Amazon NFL/UFC/TNT….everything. He has definitely moved past me in this biz. Great dude!

Funny story about Tony. Dame’s last year at Weber State….Tony was working the conference tourney…. Texted me and said, “Bro, there is this guy Lillard that is absolutely KILLING teams here! We HAVE to draft him!”
I told him to fuck off, I want Kendall Marshall and Harrison Barnes or Drummond!
This comes up every now and then and it blows my mind. Showed it to Dame years ago and introduced him to Tony….. it was awesome. Dame knew I wanted Marshall or Rivers…….Dame hugged him and said, “SEE MOTHERFUCKA!” HA!

What, the Nate McMillan Sarge type of thing is limiting on a team’s ceiling?

Best results in franchises prior 25 seasons and he gets fired. Yeah it is odd.

And if Dolan was responsible, a no-brainer did fire him.
