Well, it can only help to drive up his value. Not by a lot, but at least a little. So in other words, if Orlando wants him, we need #16, and not #25

Not that it makes any difference, but Ant would be more SG and Suggs more PG. I think Suggs is the perfect guy to have next to Ant.

Now watch OKC end up with both of those...

I have been looking around the league. I really don't see any big swings that make sense for us.

I guess Shams just reported that Boston is willing to listen to offers for Brown or White. Include the best of our three 2029 picks as well.

    Sent out Simons to Orlando.

    Scoot
    Brown
    Tou
    Deni
    Clingan

A couple of years ago, I wanted to pair Brown with Dame. I think he needs teammates to spread the floor so he can excel and earn his 60 million a year. That lineup doesn't do it for me.

So maybe Simons is better to pair with him.

Besides the big swing trade, imo, the key for next year will be for Shaedon Sharpe to really break out as it will be his 4th year. If he turns into a 1 and becomes all star material, the Blazers will be on their way.

I’m not sure how much better, if any, this trade would make us, but what about Jaylen Brown and filler for Ant, Grant and 11?

I'd do that. Brown's expensive as hell, but I like a trio of him, Deni and Camara on the wing. Are we title contenders? Probably not. But who had Indiana in the Finals this yar?

It's not a big swing but do you think both the Lakers and Hawks would go for this? I think if we get a three for one (two players and a a pick in this draft) for Ant then we would waive Vincent and Kleber.

I’d do Ant/11 for 5/Expiring. Doubt Utah would though.

Thing is, in this draft, the 5-11 are all about equal. For any mock draft that has one player at 5 and another at 11 you can find a mock that has them reversed. There's a real drop off after pick #3 but then it levels out.

Yeah I just really don’t like Ant and think moving up 6 spots is worth it, even in this draft. I’d rather replace his shooting with Kon off the bench. I’ve also seen some recent mocks with VJ and Ace available at 5, would take either. I get your point though.

The Mavs are an interesting Ant destination, never thought of them before. They need a scoring guard with Kyrie injury and with him being 33 maybe longer. They have the defenders to cover Simons. They have that unprotected Lakers pick which they probably wouldn't be willing to send us but that would be amazing if they did.

PJ Washington would be a player Id like back in any Ant trade to Dallas.
    Check out his stats.

I would love to see Klay take Shaedon under his wing and work with him.
