Sabonis from Sabonia to Blazers

    He makes the case that Sabonis is not a good defender...but like the other guy said, wasn't he DPOY candidate and such? I think he would return to his better defensive play of earlier years in the culture of the current Blazers. I think he would play hard. He would become Saboner.

    He wasn't ever a DPOY candidate LMAO!

    Some Spanish voter voted him for it as well as for MVP which was either a joke or just ridiculous.

    He tried as hard as he could when Sacramento was in the playoffs. Their defense was always bad. His defense isn't an effort thing or going to change. He just lacks the physical abilities and lacks those skills to perform better.

    He certainly has value on the court and Id be for acquiring him if the cost made sense - but he'll always have major defensive issues.
