    The discussion was first if the NBA gets extra REVENUE from a series with additional playoff games. HCP said no TV revenue is fixed. I said they get extra revenue from ticket sales.

    Somehow that turned into discussion of gross margins, 82 game ticket haul, and size of the parking lot.

    Because those playoff game are absolutely sold out and those tickets are much more expensive. I assume the teams do get more money and not just that but the overall team brand gets a bunch of exposure. You can expect to see OKC and Pacer gear selling much better this next year.

    Not sure if I'm more impressed with OKC tonight or that somehow on Friday Indy was nearly up 3-1 on this team.

    Huh? One was MVP of the conference finals.

    The other is on a $160 million contract pulling rown 3rpg on 37% FG for a 36 win team - his most wins in 5 years.
