marc bulgerplex burress-for-trent greenkeenan mccardelloh and im getting bulger and mccardelli messed that up.im giving green and burress for bulger and mccardellsry
How's that possible? EDIT: oh... you edited it tooPretty even trade IMO. You're getting a better QB, but an older WR.
lol yeah, i mixed it up when i first posted it. but yeah, im glad to get rid of trent green, and i have plenty of WR's anyways so i didn't mind giving up plex
if u have depth at WR go for it, but if u dont, the difference between Burress and McCArdell is a lot bigger than the diference between Green and Bulger...Bulger wont have monster stats because the new coach is more focused on running it with steven jackson

Ideally, id ship either of the Quarterbacks (Whichever your getting) off in this trade for someone in a little more stable QB situation. As for Burress vs. McCardell, Burress is easily the better choice. McCardell is 36 years old and coming off a bit of a down year after checking in under 1,000 yards recieving compared to Burress's 29 years old in his prime and 1,200 yards last season. Im quite confused on what the actual trade was but whoever got Burress is the easy winner because Trent Green and Marc Bulger are at best, a toss up, but the difference between Burress and McCardell is huge.

The odds are not in your favor that he puts up those kind of numbers again, especially since you have to wonder if he will be able to put up the same kind of numbers in general since hes 36 years old.

Why do you have a kicker and a defense on the bench? Those are wasted picks. You could have used more running backs, or picked up a more reliable backup QB. Yes, I do. Why do you want two of everything? Thats wasting draft picks. And why do you think Bulger is an upgrade?

Compare his yards alst year to how many full games he played, then see how many yards he could ahve gotten if he played all 16.....then you'll know why he's an upgrade as long as he stays healthy
You dont have 2 starting QBs. Bulger has never thrown for 4,000+ yards, yet Green has done that 3 years running. Bulger has never played 16 games in a season. Over his career, Bulger has 71 TDs, 51 INTs. Thats not really impressive. Bulger is the riskier pick. Personally, I would take Green, who has 4 years running of a 90.0+ QB rating, 3 years running of 4,000+ yards, and has played all 16 games 5 years running. That is consistency right there. Also, if you really know how to play fantasy football, you would know that you dont need a backup defense or kicker. There are 32 real life NFL teams. Your league has 10 teams. Basically, on any given week, you can pick up a good defense who is playing a bad offensive team. That goes for a kicker as well. But... What you cannot pick up on any given week is a solid backup QB or a solid backup RB. Instead of wasting picks on defense and kickers, you could have improved the depth of your team. If you could show me your draft, I could easily show you what you should have picked instead of a backup kicker and defense.

> <You picked Jason Elam in the 8th round... When you could have had... Jamal Lewis??? Kevin Jones??? ... Even if you have LT and Cadillac, Lewis and Jones are better backups than Ahman Green...I dont have the time to go over your draft. But next time you draft, you will have a much better team if you wait until the last 2 rounds to draft your kicker and defense. Defenses and kickers are the most unpredictable, points wise. Take your chances with solid RBs/WRs/QBs instead.
