Let’s not rule out the possibility of trading Sharpe and 2 first round picks for Simons in a few years.

Then a few years later we can trade Scoot and a first for Sharpe.

One of the best players we have ever had when we needed a basket at the end of games.
His offensive versatility made him very difficult to stop when using only one defender. 3 pt shot, pull up mid range, floater, hook shot.....

He is athletic as hell. Give him space and he can hit it when you need a bucket.

Jerami Grant - followed by Sharpe and Walker a few days later in the draft. I'd use the date the move is announced nationally though and Grant was prior to the draft.

Officially it would be Sharpe and Walker first as the Grant trade was finalized a few days after the draft picks signed on Jul 1st.

Edit; Interesting that Thybulle is now actually 4th!
5th would be a tie for a ton of people (Scoot/Murray/Rupert draft, trades of Ayton/Camara/Timelord, signing Reath)

Appreciate Ant! He was an amazing scorer - games at the end of the rookie season were super exciting to daydream of his bright future.

Would have been interesting alternate reality if we had a better environment to build a good defense and good defensive habits in his early years. Trying to emulate Dame hero ball wasn't good for his development.

Also this GrantAytonAnt big3 trio was doomed from the start. If we had a dozen young kids all with him at the start of the rebuild with him as the single long tenured high usage vet, then a few Hart/Timelord/Thybulle types - even that would have been way better. Enjoyed the way he played with Brogdon.

Will root for him in Boston.

I wish him well in Boston and appreciated his professionalism and personality. Deadly scorer at many levels.
