    Yeah that makes this trade super perplexing. There aren't 48mpg for lumbering centers in today's game. It's about a 32mpg position. Against some teams that go small it's 20mpg. Literally just saw this in the finals where Hartenstein was benched. The Blazers now have two lumbering centers to share Hartensteins one backup role.

    So now Clingan and Yang are going to average between 10-16mpg? Maybe some games 20 mpg?

    Id be ok with the Blazers getting a center that complemented Clingan skill set. These guys not only can't share the floor together - they have zero possibly center role outside a drop coverage lumbering big.

    This makes zero sense in the 2025 NBA.

    That the Blazers used 100% of their lottery picks post Dame on this one specialized role? Doesn't make any sense.

    The CBA is a respectable league, and they play hard overseas. This is better competition than NCAA basketball. Professional basketball overseas, in the playoffs.
