Baseless speculation. The sale is going to auction. It's going to be almost entirely price based. They are still in the very early stages of the sales process.
I've been staying positive about our new rookie. So, I'll go the other way. We spent, on what could be our last lottery pick for a while, on a future 1st of unknown value and a nonrotation guy.
Obviously not done because nothing makes sense so far. Adding Jrue Holiday and Yang Hansen to this team has to be step one. Right? RIGHT?
Wow. Somehow Hansen’s popularity was the most secretive in nba history considering 0 people had him going in the first round but now the warriors wolves etc all were ready to pounce. lol
Only thing we know is Cronin is a complete tool and he even knows once there is a new owner he is out of a job and then will go on a spin doctor type tour blaming everyone so he can get another job in a few years ... bank on this
If they keep Grant and Jrue, I don't think anyone they would have drafted at 16 would have been a rotational guy. #11 might slightly be a different story On another note I saw this. Sorry if it has already been posted: https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/64...raft-first-round-2025-pelicans-hornets-spurs/ "Still, the Yang Hansen pick at No. 16 is one of the most surprising of the last decade. There was some reason to take him there, given that Portland really liked him. League sources indicated that Brooklyn was interested in selecting Yang, and with the Nets possessing four picks between No. 19 and No. 27, the Blazers would have had to dodge an awful lot of obstacles to get their guy"
Only that matters is unloading Grant and Timelord. I refuse to accept a opening night starting 5 of: Jrue Deni Tou Grant Ayton
