Mel Kiper's top 5 at each position

If the Rams did that, I'd slap them up.

    I would spend a 2nd or 3rd round on a kicker that can hit from 70 yards out.

If the Rams did that, I'd slap them up.</div>With how important the kicker position has proven to be the past 5 years, I can't really fault anybody for giving up a Day 1 Pick for a legitimate kicker.
