Red Panada has a really tall unicycle that she's not using for a while.

I expect Ayton to have a number of stretches of a week or two each where Laker fans go nuts with what a steal he was.

But eventually he will settle back into his ways same as PHX and here.

That Lakers roster really needs a lot of work to compete with any of the top5 west teams in a playoff series. The more I look at it I'm just shocked they were able to get the 3 seed last year. Although it was only two wins above 8th.

Nikola Jokic Declines Nuggets' Three-Year, $212M Extension Offer

    Jul 8, 2025 6:26 PM

Nikola Jokic has informed the Denver Nuggets he will decline their three-year, $212 million extension offer this offseason. Jokic can earn an additional $80 million by delaying an extension until the 2026 offseason.

The Nuggets had anticipated that Jokic would likely decline the offer.

“We’re definitely going to offer it,” KSE vice chairman Josh Kroenke said in June. “I’m not sure if he’s going to accept it or not, because we’re also going to explain every financial parameter around him signing now versus signing later. To be completely transparent, that’s the way we always are. And then he makes the best decision for himself and his family, and we’ll support him in it.”

Jokic has continued to play at an MVP level since leading the Nuggets to the championship in 2023. The Nuggets were eliminated in the second round each of the past two seasons. Jokic wanted the Nuggets to add depth to the team and he is reportedly pleased with their additions of Cam Johnson, Bruce Brown Jr., Tim Hardaway Jr. and Jonas Valanciunas.

In my opinion, winner of the last 5 regular season MVPs. Embiid and SGA were beneficiaries of race narrative and voter fatigue respectively. His game is not based on athleticism. He will definitely have a decline this year and still be the best. That's how good his 24-25 season was. In my humble opinion.

his season was insane...30-13-10 with more steals/game than Camara. 41.7% on three's; a 66.3% TS mark. Led the league in PER at 32.0 (5th straight season he has led the league in PER). He had a 3.11 assist/turnover ratio...as a C

Yeah it was ridiculous that Jokic didn't win MVP last year. Best season of his career. Young Shaq and young LeBron had some great seasons - those are the only comparable ones this century and even amongst those Jokic might have been the best.

SGA had a great season but it's one of a couple dozen or more we've seen this century.

He's just declining to pad an extra $80 million onto the extension next summer.

Once we move to the eastern conference we’ll really start overachieving!

I think the Spurs made a good move grabbing Kelly Olynyk

last season, per36, he averaged 16 points, 8 rebs, 5 asts while shooting 42% on three's. Solid role player

Was Jackson talking about his resume? He went from the TV booth to a head coach. He never put in the time as an assistant.
Now Mike Brown....that guy has a resume. He has worked his ass off.
