I haven't paid close attention but from what I've seen, every time someone quotes him in this forum or at RealGM, within a week or two he's proven wrong
Why? His personality can suck. His way of doing business can suck. But he is good at what he does. There is a reason he has won so many awards.
Radio is no longer there FAMS! I went there for TV and they used to be separate. It’s now called integrated media.
You joke, but that is now what the program has turned to, at least up until around a year ago. They are taught how to set up podcasts and websites and multi media projects. They used to have me come out and speak every fall, but once they got rid of the TV program, there was nothing really I could teach ‘em.
Awards around here mean nothing though I thought. Shit Blazers Broadcasting….. we’ve won 4 Emmys and been nominated 20 times since I’ve been there, but were are atrocious according to the broadcasting experts here….HA!
I have never cared or disliked anyone I listen to on the radio or TV. I just dont care. Except Stephen A Smith. Mindboggling he is not only all over media but one of the highest paid guys out there. He is the worst to ever do it.
...maybe teach them how NIL deals work and how video can be used effectively to market your "brand" thru social media posts on Twitter and RC2!! Integrate that media FAMS!!

Correct. Never worked for the Blazers. He worked for NBCSNW / Comcast Sports for a short bit, was on one of their shows. He said some negative stuff about the Blazers and the word is that Olshey forced them to fire him.
