So people who change their lives to be better at not putting people at risk, and do right to make amends, should just be shunned because of one dui that shaped them to learn from their mistakes?

    That's a you problem.

I'm all about second chances...but you shouldn't need one for a DUI--that's common sense and pure selfishness. That isn't a lesson you need to "learn" from a mistake...anyone above the age of 10 knows you shouldn't do that.

Just turned on the World Series of Poker final table. Looks like this has been going on for hours. These two announcers have run out of anything to say. And it's not like poker is that exciting of a sport to watch. They're doing accents, making up fake bios on the players, this is so sad that it's f'ing hilarious.

No matter how bad you think our local radio guys are, that's a tough job to come out with shit to talk about every day.

It's tough to come up with shit every day.... if you're lazy. There is a TON of stuff to talk about if you can talk about all sports. I used to write a short article about THE WARRIORS every fucking day. THE WARRIORS..... when they sucked. TRY THAT!

I used to have to come up with shit about Udonis Haslem and Drew Gooden every day. We provided content for their official web pages.... BACK WHEN PLAYERS HAD THEIR OWN WEB PAGES!

I actually find poker a lot of fun to watch. I think the announcers do a good job generally.

Jenifer Tilly and her Irish boyfriend are fun to watch ...she's fun to watch anyway but she's won a few championships ..and she knows how to distract a crowd. There are some great youtube clips of her winning big pots. I watched her win a 450k+ pot the other day in a youtube short..

Brad Owen is one of my favorites to watch.

Rampage sucks so bad at the game that I just click to see if he lost another quarter of a million and he does lol.

I love Daniel negraneau but his vlog sucks.

    Neeme is pretty good.

But bang for your buck Owen is the best of the bunch. Talks through his strategy really well and his dry humor can sometimes fly by with his very dry way of talking. Smart as hell about the game though.

Steven. Seems like a nice enough guy, just not someone I like to listen to on the radio.

Personally I like listening to you amd crushables speak more than him.

Yeah. Negreanu has been one of my favorites to watch for the past two decades. I also liked Gus Hansen back in the day.

I like watching up and comers. Here are a couple.

We were so spoiled in the early to mid 2000s with poker my god.

    Hansen
    Asfandiari
    Matasou
Hellmuth (who pretty much was a gut player, though hes adapted well finally to the new style, had his struggles in the beginning of the new style for sure)
    Negranau
    Ivey
    Brunson

All the poker shows (after dark, loose cannon, etc).

I dont get much into the new stuff as much, its a bit too polished, but I enjoy a couple of the vlogs.
