    The biggest potential benefit this year with signing Dame is.....Jerami Grant. He will have a much better willingness to accept any role needed.

    Have him train with Dame. Dame training a busted achilles is probably more hardcore than any kid's workout routine anyway. Dame's been a full-grown man the entire time he was in the NBA; he'll have some good pointers.
