    The roofline is not correct for handling runoff at all...you never want to point the slope at a flat roof surface like that. Terrible design. Also losing terraces and windows connected to the west wing...every view will be of that room. on that side of the building. This guy really hates nature..pave paradise, put up a parking lot.
