love to see genuine support from one blazer fan to another. Though I thought he only works for the vacations and concerts and stuff, and his wife takes care of the necessities

So China knows who won before the games are actually played.

I see a huge betting opportunity here.

Whenever TNT was broadcasting the games, I’d work for them….so that was great. I don’t really have many contacts with these new networks to be honest….so we will see how it goes. I’m REALLY trying to get on the WNBA broadcasts. That would be a big time game changer for me and my family.

The factors are instead of only 2 networks broadcasting nationally there are now what……5. Instead of national game 2 days a week there are literally national games 7 days a weeek.

You are really caught up on this, which is fine, but that’s not how it works man. Games don’t need to be national to be seen. League Pass has every one of our games. They are already INTERNATIONAL. We didn’t get more national games BECAUSE of this kid, it’s because the networks are NEEDING west coast games to fill all the holes they have created…. Instead of 4 or 6 national games a week, they now need to air at least 14! And I can promise you they are working a deal out where China is purchasing a feed of our broadcast to shoot back home. Not any national feed….the BLAZERS small regional feed. That’s what they did for the Rockets and Yao. It’s normal process for international stars. Germany did it with Dallas’ feed for years.

I think we are BEHIND them 14 hours. I might be wrong. It’s already Monday there right? I know when I was working in Tokyo, my kids would joke that I was in the future.

Yes, TNT. And for years we did OUR 1st round, then I would head out with them. But now, it’s crazy. People that are the best in the biz who have been working games for decades are kinda hanging.not sure if they will work games anymore. NBC has NBC guys…..a lot of nervous people in my industry right now.

Me, I’m hoping to get the FIRE games, so I could just transition into that and not have to travel in the summer anymore. That would be my dream situation.

That and just think if you could get baseball if there is ever a team here. The baseball season is 162 games. You could catch up on sleep. And then there is the added bonus of all those away games.

Me as well bro. To not have to travel from May - September if I didn’t NEED to would be amazing. It’s be a long 25 years in this business. ALOT of flying.

Yeah I used to go up to Seattle a bunch in my earlier days in the industry. I would only probably want to work about half of the home games if we ever did get a team. That’s a TON of work.

back on topic….. Looks like a lot of back to backs if I’m not mistaken. Those are the tough ones. Even a couple at home which is weird.

Got to figure at least they are at home but a B2B after a road game isn't really a home game at all.

Is it more than any other team has? Or did they fuck a few teams for the sake of the schedule?

My only scheduling conflict is October 8th!
    Blazers @ Golden State 7pm
Oregon State @ University of San Francisco 6pm

Might have to catch a ride down with the boys on the 7th…..call in sick and head up to watch The Girl play the Beavs! Then get back to the plane in time to get home FAMS! #Priorities

I’d have to really look. But I don’t think more than most. Just seems like a lot this year. 15 I think?
