This is funny. Because I'm sure almost EVERY owner would have tried to trade for Luka. BUT, nobody else besides the Lakers and Mavs knew he was on the trading block. But I guess the purpose of saying that is he wants to win and isnt afraid to make big moves to win. Which is awesome.

Somehow Rob Pelinka convinced Nico Harrision to keep the bidding completely silent and between only the two of them. Then he got Nico to not even demand their 2nd FRP. Makes zero difference who the Blazers owner was - or any other NBA teams managment.
