Thank you very much.” But then he goes on television and says, “Oh, Trump is a dictator. He’s a dictator.”. And a lot of people hear it. So the line is that I’m a dictator, but I stop crime. So a lot people say, you know, “If that’s the case, I’d rather have a dictator.”. But I’m not a dictator. I just had to stop crime. And you would think that Illinois would have such a problem with crime, such a bad governor. He should be calling me, and he should be saying, “Could you send over the troops, please?”. It’s out of control. It’s outta control. Doesn't matter. It should be illegal for any politician to accept money from anybody except the US government. AIPAC is irrelevant. It should be incapable of influencing anything political in the US.
There is an old joke that a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. (For being not kosher, I guess). Fox commentator turned US Attorney for DC tried three different times to get three different grand juries to indict a protester for allegedly assaulting ICE agents. Failed three times. Clearly the person less guilty than the ham sandwich.
When Trump took over Kennedy Center for the Arts, he had dance director fired. They just hired a new director. Decent credentials, had a solid career as dancer. Said his mission is to get "woke" out of ballet. In other words, keep it white, European, and 19th century. I like Swan Lake as much as any other fan but ballet didn't end with Swan Lake.
