    Probably doesn't hurt that you generally need to be healthy to be considered sexy. And sexy people can get more sex than the rest of us...

    Orgasm can definitely help you sleep though.

    I've see studies that suggest self generated orgasms, while still benefitial, are not AS beneficial...

    Years ago a friend taught me what he called the Frustration Song. About masturbating when other options unavailable.

    Unfortunately unsuitable for this board.

    Definitely a male song in that it describes acts physically impossible for cis woman.
