it's probably because with the NFL rules on broadcasts, the games for the local teams are available every week. I mean for chrissakes, the fucking Seahawks are always on Fox or CBS in Portland every damn week

None of the Allen trust wealth would have been liquidated to help the Blazers financiallly. So if anything you could think of Jody as one of the poorest owners in the NBA. Similarly I don't believe any of these people have a real idea of Dundon true wealth. When the team is selling for 4 billion you don't have to worry about the owner lack of wealth. Dundon has a history of spending smartly with the Hurricanes, not being a cheapskate, as well as with many other investments.
Well, Jody wasn't/isn't an owner at all. So she shouldn't be on the list poor, rich, or otherwise. The trust should be on the list, and the trust is very wealthy, and it did, in fact, spend money on players, coaches, etc. Whether that involved 'liquidation' of assets or 'petty cash' is unknowable.
