    He is like the Anti Nurk, seeks contact. I loved how Roy played - and he used to seek contact as well (in a different, more controlled way). I just like players that "go after it".

    Markkanen is on an absolute tear this summer. He's scoring like 2 points for every minute he plays. If this means he's back to the form of two seasons ago (recovering from this past season's slump) would people be interested in trading for him? He would instantly fill a need for shooting (and for scoring) and we could surround him with defenders so his defensive inadequacies could be countered (after all, Utah had a very good defense with him at the start of the season before this one).

    He's 28, so protestations to the contrary, I don't think he's part of Utah's rebuild. But he could be part of ours. The way he's playing, though, I don't think this will cut it.
