    I'm not saying anything about how he is health wise, but holy shit was that some lazy Photoshop or something. Like, the lighting on the hand isn't even physically possible from inside of a car. Nor is the size even remotely accurate for his hand.

    Brain worm claims he can diagnose mitochondrial disease by looking at children's faces. I would be very astonished if brain worm knew what mitochondria are.
