It's...well, I can't think of the right word, but I'll say...stupid...how so much of the same story gets told over and over, each time a new movie gets released. Like, we've seen this story before, and didn't like it before. Yet here we are, watching it again.
But only one person is posting nothing about the topic but rather trying to instigate drama by singling someone out without mentioning his name. Im here to just discuss the topic. Im not the one cussing and being aggressive, making it personal. The biases of this individual to try to call me out, but none of the other posters doing what I am not, is absolutely doing nothing but trying to create real beef and drama. I understand giving everyone leeway, but one is not like the other.
No, not really interested in naming names of people who had posts deleted or edited. Staff here act more like firefighters than police. My intention in pointing out how few posts were edited or deleted is just to show that for the most part this has been a very healthy discussion. Also, I'm trying to speak to people's higher angels in the hope that this discussion continues to stay civil. Have we missed some posts or decided not to take action against, sure. This has been a very very busy thread.

In all seriousness, after my squirrel father died attempting to reinstall the Kaiser in Germany, I didn't have a reason to check in as much. But the staff here are so laid back in a way that reminds me of how the internet used to be. I can be a contrarian prick in good faith and it's all good. I was definitely of the opinion that having lefties as your mod team sort of guarantees the site becomes a hugbox but that hasn't been the case here at all.

@Chris Craig i just wanted to take a sec out of my extremely busy schedule to thank you for all your hard work. Sometimes there are some very obnoxious, uneducated, emotionally charged posts are on here that need to be handled. You and your assistant or whatever they’re called deserve more props on here for your hard work. And thanks for allowing me to kind of say and do whatever I want. Good to know I always have that flexibility.
